Incorporation
The company was incorporated in Malaysia on 19th July 1995 as Barisan Ikrar Sdn. Bhd & on 19th February 1998, the operator changed its name to Heritage Grand Vacation Club Sdn. Bhd. with its registered office at 41, Jalan Medan Ipoh 6, Bandar Baru Medan Ipoh, 31400 Ipoh, Perak.
The company subsequently increased its paid up capital to Ringgit Malaysia One Million (RM 1,000,000.00) and was converted to a public company of limited liability on the 23rd day of April 1998 and subsequently on the 23rd day of April 1998 changed its name to Heritage Grand Vacation Club Berhad.
Objectives
The objectives of the company are to promote value for money holidays for the Timeshare Members by offering congenial hospitality, high quality services throughout the chain of timeshare resort properties at various locations which are appealing. At present, Timeshare Members of the Heritage Grand Vacation Club will be entitled to enjoy their holidays at the Holiday Resorts.
We also provides accessible avenue for Timeshare Members who wish to enjoy vacation at various locations covered by the Vacation Exchange Programme run by RCI Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd.
Our promise
We are acutely aware that in the vacation or hospitality industry, service is at premium and unless one can control the operations it is virtually impossible to guarantee good service. For that reason, we shy away from over dependence on exchange holidays where nothing is guaranteed and high expectations are often unfulfilled. As such, the company will only selectively enter into exchange programmes if we are satisfied that such problems are non-existent or minimal.
